We want a community manager who knows what open source projects are about
We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented, and motivated self-starter to join the Marketing team. As a working student/intern you will support our team organize exceptional webinars and other events. You will be part of the whole process, being a key driver of our future collaboration events: from the conception, marketing of the campaigns to the monitoring of webinars and follow-up of leads.
This role is a great opportunity for those who want to have a real impact, both within the company and in the startup community at large, and support our mission and hands-on.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Organize and monitor webinars for our community
- Recommend and execute on partnership/collaboration with speakers
- Execution to follow-up of generated leads to winning them as key accounts
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the community.
- Organize and moderate other virtual and physical community events.
- Join related communities and spread the word.
What You’ll Add to enclaive:
- Full-time student – preferably in the fields of business administration, marketing, economics, or other relevant study fields
- Preferably already knowledge/experience with event management
- Native German and English at a good level, both written and spoken
- Careful way of working, reliability, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
