Responsibilities & Qualifications
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and Target the key stakeholders and potential clients in the financial services industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth areas in relation to the clients’ businesses.
- Address potential clients and partners in close collaboration with the sales team
- Lead in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients building a strong presence and visibility in the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with product offerings.
- Prepare sales materials, pitch decks, and proposals to support sales and marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Add To enclaive:
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in tech with a focus on the financial services sector).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

- Proficient in German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or better)
- Experience with CRM tools and an understanding of related processes
